I'm not sure why this hotel has such a low rating, we had a great stay here!! The room was clean and the beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in, in a long time, and we've stayed at a few hotels in Moose Jaw lately.
My son loved playing in the pool and there's lots of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again!!
It was nice for an older establishment. Staff were helpful. Waiter in the restaurant was great! 😃
The only thing that would have been nice would be to have the lounge open longer.
Overall a great stay. Walls are thin but most places are. Exterior back doors need repair as they stick open. But overall I would stay here again.

Super comfy beds, quiet, clean. Hottub was down for maintenance which was unfortunate but the pool was nice but found it pretty cool.. but kids were happy and overall very good experience, would stay again!

Room was dirty. Mattress is stained. There was a bored sticking up on the side of the mattess. The shower didn’t drain when we showered. The pool was ice cold.
It was a good hotelication time with my family, service is good with the good staffs.
I like the hotel it is very convenient to all the places and convenient financially as well not that fancy but can be stayable.
My kids had fun swimming in the pool, it is more fun if the hot tub is usable, it was out of order at that time.
I booked the pet friendly room and it was ok.
Breakfast is by order, not like other hotels that is buffet style, but i kinda like it too.

Hotel was advertised to have a restaurant and 2 bars. Only had 1 lounge . We checked in at 1930 only to find everything closed at 8. We hurried and were in situation by 1945 but everything was closed. So we went out

There was no hot water in the shower in the evening. Bathroom sink took a long long time to drain. Turned temperature down to the lowest & was still too hot in room.
Went vecauae they advertised a hot tub but the hot tub has not been working for a long time very disappointed will not be staykng again. Also disnt know about the strike that was happening .very dissatisfied and disappointed
The staff inside were friendly and helpful. The building is older and has some settling issues, but they have been working to keep the decor and overall feel of the rooms updated.
I was however surprised when I received a call on the check in date, inquiring what time I would be arriving. It was at that time that I was notified that they had a picket line of what was said to be “3 staff that were striking” I wish I was aware of this before, but I was notified after the cancellation period and had no options available. When I arrived, I was made aware that it was staff that have been locked out for over 530 days (my stay was at the beginning of February 2025). I wish I was provided the opportunity to make an informed decision before I hand to pay for my 1 night stay one way or another.
Tired old hotel, staff wasn't well trained and limited staff and long wait in the restaurant.
Had to cross a picket line, didnt know the hotel staff were still on strike or we would have gone elsewhere. Expedia should have been transparent about that.
There is a year long strike going on that is not listed, to stay we had to cross the picket line. The room was non refundable and we found out after we booked there. Although it was a lovely stay and a peaceful strike, had I known I would have picked a different location.
