Easy check in. Easy in and out for dog. Walked next door to BP’s for dinner. There were people striking at the entrance to the parking lot but not sure if they were affiliated with the hotel and I didn’t stop to chat with them. I felt bad about crossing a picket line if they are part of a hotel union. Room was clean and comfortable.
Sign didn’t work at night, weeds in all the rocks around the building, we had crickets in our room, pool wasn’t open.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.
Very comfortable. Beds firm lots of pillows. Quiet place. Pool was under repair but wasn’t that important to us. Breakfast at the restaurant was great ! Would stay here again
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and they will adapt to make the meal what you like. The room is comfortable when good pillows and a firm mattress.
I just wish they were not in the middle of some kind of lockout.

No pool as advertised
Bed was comfy and clean staff was friendly we booked because it had a pool but was out of service so not happy bout that
Breakfast wasn’t great disappointed that it was made to order not much choice unless paid extra for it
Must places I’ve stayed it’s a buffet style breakfast
Needs updating for sure
This is a quiet hotel. Not very new but clean and pretty safe. The staff was nice and the breakfast in my case was included and what it wasn't included was pretty affordable. I think I would go back If I visit Moose Jaw again and I would 100% recommend it to my family and friends.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean but needs upgrades. I did not know the pool was closed when I booked the hotel. Their website and Expedia website shows the pool as open. The pool closure is a huge disappointment for me as that’s part of the hotel experience for me. I only book hotels with pools.
Friendly, Clean, Comfortable. Had dinner at the Bar - great conversation and best burger and fries we've had in a long time. Breakfast very good, server very good, attentive and prompt.

I changed hotels because they had a hot tub. Then I got a text the hot tub is broken. But I thought ok, at least they have a pool but that too was so cold we couldn’t use it. So disappointing. As well as the dirt in the hall ways and the bathroom had a dirty sink.
They were a great staff, but not managed well.
