No staff at counter on check in (2pm) rang mobile number on door as stated, number was discounted and to check number and try again. A staff member arrived as i was checking number. I had correct number. Checkout staff were great, as was breakfast.

Awesome Stay

We booked 3 rooms as church family on 3 room categories, we realised upon check-in that they were all located on different buildings. We know what to do next time. We had an amazing stay. We loved the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Shout out to the two ladies who assisted with our check-in. Thankyou! Continental breakfast was great! We regret not taking photos for the review. Overall a 10/10

The room had black mould, there were cobwebs in the room, the spare blankets had holes in it. There was an open soap in the shower, cracks in the walls, bedhead had come off the wall

Great Family Stay

We were a church family of 8. We had a great stay. The two ladies who assisted us with check-in on Friday evening were helpful and friendly. We were in our rooms within a couple of minutes. The rooms were clean and tidy. We are looking forward to our next visit and we will definitely book family rooms 2, 3 and 4. It was so nice to have experienced the 3 room types during this stay. We only stayed for one night. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. We were shocked and terrified to see mice running behind the bed. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned—dead insects were visible in the corners. On a positive note, breakfast was included.

Great property, beautiful pool, friendly staff and very clean rooms, I understand they’re doing renovations however the bed in room 22 is absolutely terrible. There is a big dip in the middle of the bed, the springs in the mattress make noise every time you roll over or move. If it wasn’t for the bed I would give a 5 star rating.
