You will be in awe of the stunning views from Blessed Vista. Bed sizes include: 6 Bedroom, 5 Bath 1/2 duplex. Pool (Pool occupancy is limited to the number of people that this property will accommodate. Pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The opening and closing of pools may be required for maintenance without notice. Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool.) Bed sizes include: 4 Kings, Queen, Double, Twin. Save room when packing because linens are provided with beds made prior to arrival. The oceanfront master has a King bed, private bath and Jacuzzi. Enjoy the ocean air just a little larger by showering in the hot and cold enclosed outside shower after a long, fun day at the beach! The reverse floor plan allows you to take advantage of the beautiful ocean view while cooking dinner or relaxing in the living area. New luxury plank flooring & tile are perfect for your 4-legged family members. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are open & covered decks that are furnished. This property is professionally landscaped and is located in the Daisywood subdivision which is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and children's activities. There is a private walkway to the beach. This property rents weekly only from Sunday to Sunday, NO SMOKING, DOGS ALLOWED! Additional amenities: Central air & heat, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Microwave, 7 wireless enabled TVs (no cable provided), Wireless internet, Ceiling fans. Open & covered decks that are furnished. Beautiful beachfront rental!

This beach house is a hidden gem at Emerald Isle! Our 2 families rented this house for Thanksgiving (4 adults and 5 kids) and there was more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The entire home was newly remodeled and decorated beautifully. The only negative comment we had was that the house had not been cleaned or vacuumed and we had to spend a few hours cleaning it ourselves (which took away from our beach time).

Great location - walking distance to grocery store, shopping, etc.

The house was clean and comfortable and well maintained. One big omission is that there is no grill. A grill would make cooking dinner much easier and would add to the property.

Beautiful home on the beach!

Blessed Vista E, was the perfect beachfront vacation home for our family. The bedrooms accommodated everyone well and beds were comfortable. The one concern was that the bedroom on the lower floor next to the garage was very warm and never cooled off. Other than that, we were happy with our choice. The views are spectacular!

Living Area Provides Spectacular Views but Property Needs Work

The living/dining room and kitchen were up to standard with views of the ocean and a reasonably uncrowded beach. The house is an easy walk into town. The new Publix market is great and the bookstore has lots of books and jigsaw puzzles for rainy days. The internet worked throughout. The bedrooms downstairs are dark and damp with evidence of longstanding mold and water damage. Bathrooms were adequate, but again mold stains were in evidence. Kitchen reasonably well equipped, but some plates should be restocked. Some of the plastic deck chairs should be replaced. There was an extra charge for use of a grill (gas or charcoal) as well as beach towels and beach chairs. These items have been included when we have rented other properties of this level on the island. When we moved in we found dirt in the basement bedrooms.
