Gem of a small hotel

Absolutely the friendliest and most helpful staff. Their recommendations for things to see, restaurants, etc were most helpful. The location is also unbeatable. I would highly recommend. The staff made Morelia a beautiful place to visit. Gracias

From now on, this is my hotel in Morelia

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It's beautiful, the staff are wonderful and welcoming (and speak English), and the location is terrific -- a short walk to the main square.

The staff were very helpful and always attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment you arrive the staff is happy to meet you and answer all your questions. We got a surprise welcome gift and a beautiful traditional shirt for our departure. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful old home converted into a hotel, well located within easy walking distance to the historic centre of town. The highlight though was the staff - very friendly with excellent service. The breakfast was also very delicious!

Location and service 💯💯💯 - ladies working here are awesome, this place is in the middle of everything, we felt extremely safe being out and about so close to our hotel. Inside the Hotel you feel like you are in a time travel capsule, very vintage but super lovely 😍

We had a wonderful stay for four nights in January. The staff absolutely could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We enjoyed a complementary breakfast and added our main plate every day in the courtyard. They have space heaters upon request and will also give you a complementary Mezcal shot upon the request which made for a very nice nightcap. Some of the rooms have a lot of artistic elements made by local artisans so inquire about that.

We had read some reviews on this property, but still very pleasantly surprised on just how attentive the staff was. Besides the room being clean and comfortable, the hotels location is definitely a great convenience. As mentioned, the staff is incredible. Luz and Monze treated us like long time acquaintances and their attention to our needs and questions were unmatched. Overall, Hotel NaNa Vida was one of the highlights of our 5 night stay in Morelia.
