The rooms are shabby and need to be upgraded, there was hair on the toilet in the bathroom and in the tub and on the floor the furniture in the room needs an overhaul. Walking around the property do you notice a lot of things that aren’t clean on a daily basis such as the lobby cabinets that showcase amenities and things they offer in the hotel.

I was in the hotel like a month ago and i really like the hotel i came back and brought my whole family to see the hotel but it was no lighting i guess they been preparing for the christmas i was really disappointed it that even on a website didn’t say that there’s not going to be the lightings. i we’ll really prisiated it if they put that in a website i would not come that week i we’ll brought my family in 2 weeks . So they can see the lighting Thank you .

This was my 30th stay at the Mission Inn- it’s costly but so unique I keep going back. Every room is different. In early October they were starting to put up the famous Christmas lights that draw hundreds of viewers. Staying in the holiday season is something you need to do- I’ve done it about six times, it never disappoints.

Our stay at the Mission was wonderful. Conveniently located to everything we planned to attend. Local shops and eats very convenient as well. The hotel food was great! Would stay again if ever back in Riverside.

Unfortunately the room was dirty. Toothpick and hair all over the floor. I complained and was told the maid service would take care of it the next day. After returning for the day the floor was in the exact same condition as well the shower backed up. It’s not a good look when you take a shower and your feet are covered in backed up dirty water. Very surprising for The Mission Inn!

Poor Service. Could not go in the Pool as the gate would not open with my card/key. Waited for staff an hour and no one helped open the gate. Tried calling a second time and they told me that was a common problem that someone was going to help open it and again no one showed.
