Enjoy the evenings on the patio or around the fire pit, BBQ & picnic table. Lake James is one of the cleanest and most beautiful lakes in NC and perfect temperature all summer long. We are 5 mins away from Mimosa landing for boat launch. 15 min from adorable downtown Morganton with many great restaurants and breweries to enjoy. 40 min from historic scenic Blue Ridge parkway and Linville Gorge with cute mountain towns, waterfall hikes, gem mining and much more to discover. With few crowds and so much to do you will fall in love and want to make this a yearly escape. Also available same property, 2+ person Yurt with water access.
