Check in staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was more than expected. Pool needs better hours, people travelling on a time crunch want to use the amenities too.

Rooms were clean, modern, well-appointed. Staff was exceptional in every interaction. Ruby and Jordana at the front desk were so friendly and helpful as was the breakfast attendant (i forgot to note her name). The breakfast alone makes this hotel well worth the price. Hot sausages, bacon, hashbrowns, eggs. Oatmeal with toppings, pancakes and a variety of baked goods and yogurts. Our kids loved the waterslide, too. All around an excellent place to stay.

Room smelled like animals and the only way to get the water slide to turn on was to ask to turn it on. Other then that the stay was great, beds were super comfortable, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Property was fairly standard. Toilet kept running, shower head was stuck on one thick stream, they were out of coffee the whole time we were at breakfast. I normally don’t worry too much, but even the elevator was sketchy - there are likely better managed places nearby.

The staff was the best part! The food was very good for an included breakfast, and always fresh and full! Everything we needed was readily available upon request. They were great in accommodating rooms, when we had to stay longer because of the weather. I would definitely stay here again!! The only thing that was "annoying" was our room was right above the main doors so the first night every single time they would open and close would wake us - but we grew to get used to it!

Booked holidaysi inn Airdrie AB.thriugh expedia.Bed bugs were on all over my beds.they bite all over on my body..Room phone was not working. . Staff/Manager was not accepring complaint.I showed them lives bed begs were running on bed i showed them pictures and video as well. LATER WE FOUND BED BUGS IN OUR CLOTHES AS WELL.They refuse me compensate ,because i have booked room through expedia. Me and family could not sleep full night..pays$$$ for painfull night and misbehavior of staff.bites of bedbugs.Our clothes got contaminated. We did not want to take these bed buds to our home.I will recommend please donot book this hotel .Staff threatened me aswell and refuse me to compensate

Ruby at the front desk was super helpful and courteous. The hotel is nice, quiet, and has a great waterslide and indoor pool. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast staff was super too.

Clean room, staff are very nice and extremely friendly, check in was really fast and easy, the room had a huge tv. The pool, hot tub and waterslide were quite clean and I had a lot of fun going down the waterslide, trying to go as fast and as far as I could :) The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, lots of bacon and eggs and a really cool automatic pancake maker.
