The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and it had a honesty bar

Room was lovely, some plug sockets did not work to charge phones up however room was clean tidy and warm.

Good cooked breakfast, staff friendly and been here a few times on business, set dinner menu excellent

Quiet and Clean

Loved this hotel and its location. Stayed in the garden room which was great with a dog. Right behind the hotel were fields and a river where we enjoyed lovely walks with our dog. The owner, George, and staff were very helpful. We ate in the pub because of the dog which sometimes was noisy but a minor thing overall. Would definitely stay again. Cragside was very close well worth a visit.

Very good dog friendly hotel. Even had a door to the outside from our room. Would definitely stay again. Fairly close to the centre of Amble.
