Cheap & basics clean, toilet, basin, bath & bedding were immaculate, however the building & decor is very worn & tired, double glazing in room & ensuite were blown, mould around sealant around the bathroom window, walls had a lot of dirty marks & knob on wardrobe door was really marked. Beside all that quiet comfortable room, good for the money.

Perfect location, good on street parking, clean and modern room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

We only stayed 2 nights but room was cleaned and towels changed. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and food in the evening good.

Everything and all the staff were really great except for The Linden Tree Pub. Absolutely dire meal there. Would advise giving that a big miss. The Angler's Arms at Weldon Bridge is absolutely fab for evening meal. We all agreed best meal out ever. Breakfast at Linden Hall Restaurant was great too.

This centrally located hotel is perfect for a trip in or around Morpeth. We were a group of four in two rooms. The rooms were large and spacious, and the beds comfortable and clean. The rooms and public areas would benefit from some decoration as they detract from the fantastic customer service the staff offers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in the area
