This property was lovely, very nice room. Very clean and comfortable had everything we needed. For a motel this is one of the cleanest we have been to. Location was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

i don't know what more it needs to be considered 3+ stars! the place was super clean, like super clean! bathroom, bedding, everything just perfect! Staff? Awesome, very friendly!! so polite! we were in town for the Morro Bay car show and will definitely stay there next year!!

I ended up in the emergency room. I was unable to make my trip. I called the property all morning until 10:45am but no one would answer so I emailed and let them know my situation. I received an email from Emily, signed as Blufftop Management at 7:15pm that said she was sorry about my situation and since I paid through Expedia she was not in control of the charge. I contacted Expedia to see if there was any way to get a refund as the emergency medical situation was out of my control and they said they would contact Blufftop to get approval for the refund. Expedia contacted me frequently to keep me in the loop and the reps were sympathetic to my situation. I felt like they were truly my advocates and I appreciate that. Blufftop would not budge on their cancellation refund policy. So not only is no one answering their phones but their management lies to push issues on to someone else. I live nearby so I frequently have opportunities to come to California and had they been flexible i would have returned the favor by staying there next time. They chose not to show kindness. Would not recommend just based on service.

The front office help was very sweet and efficient. The walls between rooms are THIN. I could hear the people coming back to room getting into bed and at some points snoring. Thankfully they were quiet overall. But would have issues if people were loud. There is notice that quiet hours existed..but my neighbors weren't being loud..just regular interactions.

Beautiful room, buy so much light! It really needs blackout curtains! There were two windows--one had curtains that were a bit too short and the other just had blinds. The lights from the lot/street made it super bright inside the room.
