Having come in at different times late into the night, Jess did an excellent job making our extended family feel at home. She was attentive to the tiredness we all felt after long drives into Morro Bay and helped ensure that the last family to check in could do so without hassle. Despite being directly next to the 1, and despite the hotel being fully booked, our room was quiet and CLEAN! We took 30 minute walks to/from the center of town for breakfast and shopping.
