Very cosy 38m² apartment on the second floor (no lift) of a residence at the bottom of the slopes and near the village center with clear view on Morzine and its mountains. It is possible to leave the residence and directly ski down to the Pleney telecabin.

Great little apartment

Good sized apartment for a couple, with nice living area and well equipped kitchen. Handy having the garage for the car and storage of ski stuff. Walkable into town (10-15 mins to pleney lift) and there's also a bus just down the road to the other side of town and over to Avoriaz which we used a few times. Also possible to ski directly to the back of the apartment if the snow covers the field behind. All in all a great stay.
