This unique home has a ton of space and a very cool layout. The house is a little older, so you should expect that it won’t be “resort clean.” Being near the water, there are also some bugs from time to time, which is fairly typical for that setting.Overall, I would stay here again for work or a guys’ trip. If you’re expecting perfection, this may not be the place, but it’s very serviceable and comfortable for a casual stay.

Lake House Extraordinaire!

This home was absolutely perfect in every way! We celebrated my grandfather's 90th birthday and the home and view were A+++! The sunsets are so pretty, the pool is wonderful for the kiddos and adults, too. The architectural detail and living spaces were SO cool! So much room for gathering in different rooms and ton of dining space. I would love to visit again, we loved our time!

The house inside was just fine, the appliances worked well and there was plenty of sleeping options. The outside was in need of serious maintenance including an exterminator and cleanup. The major drawback was that the pool didn't work! We rented this property based on the pool and missing that the overall rating dropped. Any chance for a rebate based on a incorrect listing?

Perfect place for our end of summer family getaway

We absolutely loved our time in this home. Our objective for our vacation was to find a place that could accommodate our family with 8 adults and an infant and our boat. It was wonderful to just be able to walk down to the dock and be on our boat ready to enjoy the lake. We also wanted a place with a pool. This house checked all our boxes. Our host provided some fun snacks which was a lovely way to be greeted. Paul was excellent to work with. He was very quick to reply to every question I had. The check-out process was probably the easiest of any VRBO I have ever stayed. I would not hesitate recommending this home. We would love to return someday.

The property location was perfect. Older mid century was fun, some maintenance needed but certainly not an issue. What a view and the vibe was relaxing yet fun. Pool was a bonus. Even caught a fish or two off the dock! Everything you would need was provided. Two thumbs up.

Family trip

Quite frankly, the pictures and descrption of Noi house are understated. Everything about the home and property exceeded our expectations. This was a last minute booking to make up for for a cancelation of previous plans. It made everything better. The home is somehow both polished and comfortable, lots of spots for naps and hanging out. The pool was warm and perfect, we grilled our little hearts out and even used the dock for rented jetskis. Working with the host couldn't have been easier, he was super responsive. We were traveling with 9 adults and we were not all on top of each other, plus the dining room table was just the right size for game nights. If I can't come back before the end of summer, I will be sorely disappointed. Thank you for sharing your lovely space, we had a great time!

GREAT LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL HOME

We loved our stay at the Noi House! We had a great time enjoying the lovely vibe of the house, lounging by the lake and the pool. The beds were all SUPER comfy, and I love that each couple (there were 6 of us total) had their own bathroom to use. We will be back!

Lakeside Oasis

This property will not disappoint!! We enjoyed this spacious rental with a beautiful view of the Moses Lake. Plenty of space inside and out. Bathrooms were very clean and full of amenities. The bedrooms provided privacy and comfort. The Kitchen was large and a great place to hang out and snack. Backyard is perfect for yard games and the comfortable couches made for watching movies on the large TVs a great time! Internet was fast and had no problems streaming. We are excited to go back in the summer for the pool and dock perfect for lake access. The neighborhood has a school and playground just down the street.

Noi House

My family and I stayed at the Noi House April 2nd-4th. The house is nestled in pine trees in a quiet neighborhood. It has a stunning view of Moses Lake and the Cascade peaks. When we arrived we found parking easy and convenient. The home was time period appropriate mixed with the right amount modern touches. There are plenty of windows to take in the awesome view throughout the house. There are plenty of cozy nooks on both ends of the house to hang out or relax. There is plenty of seating for meals at the dining table or kitchen bar. The kitchen is open on both sides giving the area a spacious feeling. The house was well cleaned before our arrival and couches extremely comfortable while streaming Netflix with the kids. One of the things I appreciated was the extra expense made for basic items like higher end knives, sheets, dishes, and more. The property also has a lots of patio space that overlooks the enclosed pool (unfortunately too cold this time of year to use). We really enjoyed the dock area where we fished as often as temperatures would allow. We had a quiet restful experience and would highly recommend.
