This is two-story duplex with separate entrances to both the upstairs and the downstairs. The home can be rented as an upper level, lower level, or both for a large group. The lower level listing is: “Mount Dora Historic House-Lower Level”.

This listing is for the Upper level and has its own secured entrance up a flight of stairs, at the side of the home. NOT handicapped accessible.

Excellent location. Super convenient. We were able to easily walk to all sites and were steps from the festival. The host was very responsive and attentive to questions or concerns. We will stay again if in town.
