No real issues. Was strange that there was no kettle in the room, but was told it’s available on request as we checked out. It’s an older property, but generally was ok. Would stay again as a stop off from a long journey.

Excellent hotel

The higher category hotels in smaller towns in Thailand usually provide a very good experience and service - and this was one of those places. Very spacious, very clean, in a great location (near park, but also close to the town center), very quiet... overall - a place you always wish you had stayed longer.

Great old hotel with a beautiful park outside

Yes its a very old hotel but dont let that stop you from booking. It was very quiet, comfortable and clean, would stay here again!

The buffet breakfast with eggs over easy, fried rice and minced pork was delicious! Toast was fluffy and yummy. Coffee was okay. Overall, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property, quaint breakfast area, wonderful and polite workers. The room service we ordered was very tasty. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like we were family. I cant say enough wonderful things about the staff. They truly made the entire experience considerably better even through a personal experience that was very testing to me. I wish i could give each and every person a warm hug and personal thank you.

Shabby and unattractive

Had booked for 6 nights but only stayed for 2. Had to pay to upgrade to a room that was just about bearable. Could not recommend and would not stay there again. Does not look like the photos and is a dark, dreary and very dated hotel.

The hotel has seen better days and needs some upgrades. However the food was wonderful and the staff very helpful and kind. The location was excellent. I would recommend it to others and stay their again should I return to Loei
