"The staff are very kind, the rooms are clean and modern. There is room service, pool is beautiful, there is a large shopping space called Solo Market in walking distance. It is impressive and It’s quite expensive in comparison to other area hotels."

"Staff is amazing and breakfast is very good. Rooms can be cleaner - specially lamp sheds and toilet was leaking a bit. The main concern I had was contacting the property before arrival to arrange a shuttle from airport- called, tried chatting via whatsup but couldn’t get any help"

"We have stayed at the Novotel in Solo several times and have always been happy with their service. There is a great little restaurant across the street—Alamama. It has western and Indonesian options. The restaurant at the hotel is always very good too."
