Checked in around 9 PM and was told that my room was not ready. I got dumped in a smoking room. It stank and I could barely sleep. The female receptionist was most unhelpful and lied about room availability, etc. Fortunately, another receptionist named Ahmed was very helpful and did his best to help. After complaining for 3 days, I was moved into another room on the 3rd Floor. This room was fairly comfy, clean and modern.
Bathroom and toilet was small, but clean and OK. Water pressure was a problem quite often, but used the bucket Indian style when I had to.
Breakfast served in the room. Not sure about the choices, cos I just ate eggs every morning. Had room service deliver lunch once. Food was OK and reasonable.
Also included was a free pickup and drop off service to the airport.
I would stay in the hotel again, cos it was a good experience once the room problems were sorted out.
I would say it was a fairly decent 3 star place .... if one stayed in the modernized 3rd floor rooms.
I was in Room 302.
