The location is good, right next to the Mith Chowki metro station. I had some major late night noise issues the first night but they changed my room the next day. The room was clean.

The rooms are spacious but the amenities are NOT at par. Listings are misleading on hotels.com as concerned breakfast. Hotel has a potential to be the best but management seems to focus on cost cutting rather than customer service and satisfaction.

Stayed here for two nights and found it clean and convenient. However, this place is let down badly by poorly trained staff who make no effort to make customers feel welcome or at ease. The hotel is nice enough but does not seem to be cut out for the International traveler, due to its extremely limited breakfast choices and staff that are not trained at all for displaying politeness or proper ettiquate

Stayed at top floor, so didn't experience about the outside noise pollution. The staff service was good. But talking inside room, they need to work on floor cleaning with some antiseptic solutions, or other solutions which can help reduce mosquito and small roaches.

I enjoyed the size of the room. The bed was quite comfortable. There was some minor wear and tear to the aesthetics that slightly detracted from the overall experience. The view was ok but not excellent. Some of it was obstructed by the top of the rail system. All in all I gave the place 3 stars.
