1. The toilet seat cover was not functioning properly. 2. The room was too small for the price. 3. The staff's behavior towards customers was unsatisfactory. 4. There was too much noise, and it felt like someone was working in the adjacent staff room, compromising privacy. 5. The breakfast options were limited.

Castle? What castle?

Our bedroom was behind the front desk, so I need to say anything else? On the article they offered us a water bottle that was already opened. Wi-Fi didn’t work and good lucky with hot water for your shower

Great for a budget

Great budget hotel. Room stayed cool. Staff was friendly. Everything was kept clean. Shower early if you want hot water. Wi-fi was adequate. Close to some very good restaurants.

The hotel has an old style charm and is fitting for life in Mumbai. Amenities that one would find in a 5 star hotel are not present, but I did not expect them either prior to arriving. The staff is great and always just a button push away when needed.

A definite yes for budget!

Maybe not royal or a Castle but it had everything I needed. I slept and showered there and then explored mumbai mostly. The air conditioner worked great! The staff were helpful when asked. It's India so you can shower in a bucket if you want! ( or "regular" too). Clean and safe. A+ for a BUDGET HOTEL.

It was not a good experience at first with them not accepting cards. Had to walk around the town searching for a working ATM and got drenched in rain. That was not polite. apart from that, it was a good hotel for the locality

Dirty beds with blood stains, noisy room.

I would not recommend to any of my friend. Hotel manager asked for more then the total booking cost. I challenged him , the he took the right amount. I was given a noisy room with disturbance with a light that was making noise like a rat was roaming around in the room more over the bed sheeting was dirty with blood stains

Hotel was close to eateries and Dentzz surgery.

I found my basic room to be perfect for what I needed. Two weeks in Mumbai for dental work at Dentzz. I found everybody from manager, receptionist to cleaners very accommodating.

A good Hotel for a stay with family.

It was a nice and pleasant stay.We visited almost all the Important places in tourists point of view.Weather was not very hot.

bad service!

rooms are ok, clean, but service is bad. We had to ask for towels, soap, and if u not pay driectly they willl stress you with calls and knocks on the door!!(if u stay for example for 5 min in the room before paying) staff goes inside the room!!

Great service, just....

Though the room and the bed both were small, everything was neat and clean. (They have larger rooms as well) The bed was not a double bed - just about four feet wide. Could not do my Yoga for lack of space in the room.The first night was not comfortable as the pillows were like rock, but they changed with real good pillows, once it was brought to their notice. Newly built rooms though the building itself is quite old. Functioning ACs. Good bathroom with warm water. We had reached earlier than the check in time (12 noon) , but they kept our luggage and we started on our tour. Very well located. Overall we had a great stay.

Clean but tiny and cold water

The rooms were clean (except for the bedsheets which we asked them to change and they did). We never got hot shower when we showered anytime before 10 am or after 10 pm. Only once did we get hot water later in the morning. There was literally 2 feet around the bed to walk around the room but it was sufficient because we only came to the room to sleep. They allowed us to store our luggage there before/after checkin/out. They are very strict about passport requirements for NRIs and foreigners. Make sure you have yours otherwise they threaten you with needing to check-out the very next day.

Stayed in 2 different rooms

We transferred rooms during the stay. The first room was not good. Bathroom of first room had large hole in ceiling and dripped water. No shower so had to take sponge bath. Room smelled moldy. Second room much nicer and bathroom huge improvement. Had they given us the 2nd room to start, the rating would have been better. Had they not transferred us to the better room, rating would have been "not satisfied at all".

confirmed with person that we will check in at 5 am and check out at 7 pm but even after that they have not allowed us for check in as they have policy of check time of 12 noon... further dont book room via internet..... its not affective... new rules will be shown to u at reception desk... worst hotel i had ever visited
