Very cool hotel. Our second time staying there. Unfortunately it has slipped a little. The thermostat didn’t work and it took until the 4th day of our 5-day stay to fix it. Small thing but important because it involves coffee—we were only given one coffee cup. Had to ask for a second one and more coffee a few times until they brought it. Cleaners didn’t stock extra toilet paper so we ran out. Used tissue—fine, but just a lot of little oversights that added up to not being as stellar as the first time we stayed there a few years ago when they first opened. Also charging for robes seemed wrong (“Cleaning fee”) if you’re going to have a pool and sauna. And I forgot an adapter. The hotel in Prague lent us one (and seemed used to that because they had a bin of them) whereas Adina wanted to sell us one for 15euros. I would not have needed one except they only had a usb port instead of the more current USB-c plug in the room. Still, I love the view of the little urban farm with the adorable black-faced sheep. And it’s still a great and funky hotel.

The location was very good, only 5-mins walk from the train station. There are also a good selection of supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is lovely and the room was really spacious and very clean. It was very quiet most of the time, there was just one night (out of 7) where the hotel bar was very noisy but the sound of the air con helped to drown out the music. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue was that the details said the apartment had a dishwasher but our room didn't have one and washing up in the small sink with no space to drain dishes was not easy. Having a separate bath and shower made up for it though!

My family and I (myself, husband and teenage son) booked this hotel for our stay in Munich during Oktoberfest. We enjoyed the layout of the room because it offered space enough for the three of us as well as privacy. My husband and I occupied the bedroom and our son slept on the pull out sofa in the living room that was separated by the doorway. The kitchenette and laundry were also very convenient. The location is convenient with the train station quite near by. Fun bonus was all of the dining options within walking distance, especially the Currywurst food truck right next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a larger hotel space with separate sleeping areas.

The hotel was great. Very easy to navigate from. All the restaurant/bar staff were more than hospitable. They clean your room every 3 days, which is fine, except they missed both of the rooms in our group. We had requested extra towels on the 1st day and they were not received. When I called the front desk about the cleaning and the towels they were apologetic and although no one was on site to clean the rooms they did bring towels right away. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great apartment worth having the city view. Excellent facilities in the apartment very comfortable with a great settee to make the most of the view.The wellness centre was amazing and able to go almost every day because the opening hours were 5am to 11pm. This is our second time with Adina and will continue to use every time.

We booked an apartment on the 12th floor. It was on the corner and the views of Munich were fantastic. The washer/dryer set-up was most welcome. The building is newer and the amenities were great, especially the walk-in shower. The building is just a few minute walk from the East Munich train station.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the area had an excellent selection of restaurants. The only thing that did not work out was the washer/dryer in our room (a major reason for our selection of the hotel) did not work properly. We asked for help, and were put into a steam cycle. Eventually we had to find a local laundromat.

A Great Place

Adina is amazing. The rooms have space for you to spread out while watching the view from your room or the rooftop deck. There is a kitchen that is usable, but it is a little smaller than I expected. The washer/dryer is a bonus. There's a workout room and pool. My favorite place was the roomy bathroom with an incredible walk-in shower. The hotel is very safe and secure. It is near a train station and some nice restaurants. I highly recommend.

No sleep, night club beats, hot nights...

The Hotel was nice, but the surrounding environment was not the best. Traveled to Munich for a dance competition and thought this would be an okay location with the transportation availability. Air con was limited, room was really warm, so we opened the window which made the club music next door so much louder. First night it calmed down around 2 am, second night everything was louder, more people, and went to 5 am. Not the best environment for kids, weed, beer and language filled the front entrance.. but the security guard was nice. Again nothing against the hotel, very nice, friendly staff. Just the loacation. If you want to party its your spot, but for a good nights rest when you have full days, this may need to be a pass.
