I really enjoyed my (our, my son and I) stay at your hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. When checking in, I used a iPad of some sort and entered my details, which was a bit different, but it went smoothly.

We had previously stayed at the property that’s a few blocks away Hotel Cocoon Hauptbahnhof and this one is definitely more worn and the surrounding area has adult entertainment and a sketch feel. Our travelmate tripped on a low stupid level change and had a nasty fall, luckily was not badly hurt. The step is marked but it’s such a low small step that it’s incredibly easily missed. The staff was very nice and helpful and we were glad not to have a hospital visit. Would choose Hotel Cocoon Hauptbahnhof over this one.

The window to our room wouldn’t close which made the room super cold. The shower head kept breaking, and the water kept leaking out the shower. Yes it’s close to the main areas however the hotel is not the best.

The room itself was nice it just had not been cleaned very well. The location is right next to the central station which is good but the surrounding area of the hotel was not very nice and felt a bit unsafe.

Amazing stay at Cocoon! We even got an upgrade due to my boyfriends birthday and complimentary prosecco! It was a fabulous stay in a great hotel!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. 1. Rooms are very small, not enough place for at least opening our luggage 2. Transparent wash room, not comfortable for family with children, not a single towel holder. 3. One switch for all light. 4. Location is not safe. 5. Noisy location, someguy in mid night was playing song on loud speaker in the street. There were some people right below the hotel who was talking loudly at night.
