The house is very spacious with a beautiful patio, plenty of seating and a nice size kitchen. The four bedrooms are located on the second and third floor. There are 3 half baths, but only one bathroom. It takes a little planning getting all the showers in. The house is in a great location with amenities close by, and parking was not an issue for us. It is very close to Munich without being in the “big” city. The reason I am giving 4 stars, is that they need to do some improvements, which the housekeeper told me they are in the process of doing. There was no shower door and the drain wasn’t working well at all. The pots in the kitchen seemed at the end of their life, but we didn’t do any cooking so it wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked, except food items of course. It could have been a little cleaner, I found cut nails on the floor in the bedroom, and I think it could use a thorough deep clean, but it wasn’t disgusting. I would definitely stay here again if they fix the issues. The host was great and very helpful, and told me I could call him at any time if we needed anything. After the improvements I would give this place 5 stars for sure.
