We enjoyed our stay in movenpick. Service was all very friendly and very efficient. Our breakfast and evening meal were both excellent standard. Room v comfortable and spacious. Car park possibly surprisingly expensive at 20 euros per night.

Convenient airport hotel - great service

Very convenient hotel close to Munich airport - great rooms and service - excellent food - Moevenpick quality never disappoints. Easy to get to airport in am. No shuttle but taxi was easily available. Would definitely chose again.

It is a bit unfair to label all of the staff as poor. The front desk staff was excellent in every aspect. It was the incredibly poor service in the restaurant that earned the poor rating. Rarely have I ever seen a server act so terribly. The waitress was slow in taking the order, brought out food only after being asked, then didn’t bring all of it. Once we caught her attention, she said she would bring out the remaining food, but it still took her over 20 minutes to do it. She was rude the entire time and never offered an apology for anything. We will stay there again, but the restaurant has lost our business forever.

It was fine, staff was a bit stand offish and not terribly helpful or interested in being asked any questions. Had a parking gate but apparently you are supposed to drive around it and ignore the ticket system according to front desk staff. For a hotel near the airport it is... fine.
