Good stay for Adele. Got the impression it was just opened and check in wasn’t the clearest with staff sat behind the desk but did sort of ignore us before someone else came down to get us our key code but apart from that the amenities were fantastic

Staff was welcoming! We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and after we checked out to continue exploring Munich. Apartment was fully stocked and clean! Would definitely recommend! It was also super close to tram and bus stop, easy to get back to downtown!

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Praktisch ist die dazugehörige Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Es war sehr ruhig. Es hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt mit der S Bahn . Dachte von den Fotos her, dass das Apartment etwas grösser wäre . War eher die kleinere Variante. Leider hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger oben am Bett. Der Duschablauf war verstopft, wurde aber umgehend in Ordnung gebracht. Danke . Ingesamt war es vom Preis - Leistung gut

Der Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel mit der S-Bahn führte an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbei. Das hat mir gut gefallen.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Studios sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Anbindung an die Innenstadt mit S-Bahn ist auch gut. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es Supermärkte und Drogerie. Für uns war das für einen Städtetetrip genau richtig. Schade war, dass die Heizung nicht höher gestellt werden konnte. Auf Nachfrage wollte sich jemand kümmern, wir haben nix davon bemerkt. Und auch das Wasser in der Dusche wurde nicht so warm, wie ich das gerne gehabt hätte. Uns war also etwas kühl und der Fernseher hat auch einige Tage nicht funktioniert. Für die paar Tage war das aber alles nicht groß störend. Uns hat es trotzdem gefallen.

Alles ist neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr gut organisiert. Und die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren sehr nett (besonders freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch war Kim). Alles prima. Komme auf alle Fälle wieder.

Neu aber nicht sauber

Das Hotel ist neu und es wird noch gegenüber und an der Straße gearbeitet. Zustand der Einrichtung ist gut, da alles neu. Leider mangelt es aber sehr an der Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Blutflecken am Boden, Haare im Bett, Krümmel auf dem Teppich und das Waschbecken hatte Krümel und Flecken. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut und wurde von mir abgestellt, da ich sonst nicht schlafen konnte. Der ist leider direkt vorm Bett, nicht gerade praktisch, vorallem wenn man dann auch noch kocht im Zimmer. Dann riecht alles nach dem Essen. Die Gegend ist ok, wie gesagt Baustelle gegenüber, Werkstatt nebenan (haben nichts gehört) Lidl und Aldi direkt in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Man konnte parken in der Straße und es gab immer Platz. An und für sich muss noch enges geschehen im Hotel, damit es einen Standard erreicht. Bus/Straßenbahn sind auch in unmittelbarer nahe und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Nur die U-Bahn ist etwas weiter entfernt.
