The breakfast spread is really good And lots of healthy choice. The hanger rack in the room was dusty..the checkin experience was unpleasant. The room slippers were not in the room, and the reception told me to go down to reception to collect it, dissatisfaction of service, really. The environment at the lobby is cosy and clean.

This is a great hotel. Checked in tonight before our flights for convenience. The staff was outstanding, they were helpful and attentive. The breakfast is first rate, quality of the food, and the selection was outstanding. You wont get a better experience elsewhere.

The hotel did not have the Expedia reservation at first(I had booked the room only an hour or so before). They kept blaming Expedia and I told them Expedia never had this issue and I booked a lot of rooms The reception person HAMZA showed a little bit of attitude. Took a long time to "fix" the situation.
