The hotel doesn't have 'Radisson' on the sign. It was a bit confusing at first. Just look for Prizeotel on the shuttle bus, not Radisson.

Hi, We stayed last april 26-17, 2025. It is near the munich international airport, about 10mins bus ride. Unfortunately the male staff is rude as we check out at around 3:50AM on april 27,2025. No greetings , And I asked if the bus at 4:18AM is arriving and where would we wait, He just replied to wait outside across the street as he said. No other instructions, He was busy smoking after, no conversation afterwards. Room is modern, and okay.

Don't do it! Prize is something to avoid

The hotel front desk attendants were both rude at check in, and when I accidentally left my room key in the room the lady was annoyed, couldn't find my reservation despite already being checked in. Don't stay here. The rooms are bare minimum, the bed and pillow suck, and the property looks beat up.

Oddly designed rooms with off-putting color scheme. Walls were filthy; needed a thorough scrub or, better, repainting. Everything looked cheap. No drinking glass of any sort. No tissue. Bed, however, was comfortable and large. Parking should be free for guests rather than 12 euros.

If this is a really good option for budget travellers as it’s clean and very basic. However, the idea of this hotel is to automatize services which leads to frustration and long lines at the reception. Automatic check-in should be an option, but not the only option. There is sometimes a feeling like the hotel staff is struggling to keep up with the incoming and leaving guests. Also, we booked a room that was supposed to sleep three, but it was so tiny that it was quite uncomfortable. All in all it’s a good option if you’re in a hurry and are on a budget and just need a place to sleep over until the next morning. But next time, I would try to book a bigger room and or two beds-and before I do, compare the price with other hotels in the area. yes- I suppose it depends on what you expect from your hotel experience.

A shuttle that does not all day - to a hotel in an area that offers little in terms of evening dining - there was one place but I never saw it open. What ever you do, don't confuse the ticket rules for the shuttle. I did and got berated by the staff at reception in front of the other guests. MY crime? Retaining half the ticket to prove I have paid. The ironic thing is that the following trip the driver gave me half the ticket back! Don't arrive or want to leave between 10:00 and 17:00 the shuttle does not run. There are better options and I will be looking and them next time. Minimalist in design, minimalist in service, minimalist facilites.

Great Bang for the Buck! Superclean Budget Hotel with all amenities, very comfortable bed, very quiet, nice strong hot shower, and a GREAT breakfast, if you choose to add that. Close to MUC airport, 10 Minute shuttle for 10 Euro on request, I went by public transportation, bus outfront hotel and S Bahn, takes about 30 minutes( may be too much hassle if you have lots of luggage though). Would definitely choose again.
