Perfect stay near Munich airport

Perfect place to stay close to the airport, especially for an early morning flight. Room was extremely modern and was comfortable, with no airplane noise. The bar in the lobby was great for grabbing a glass of wine, and the breakfast buffet was very good, including scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, on top of all the usual breakfast stuff. There's a cute little Italian restaurant almost right across the street that has nice outdoor seating. The shuttle bus was on time and reasonably priced to get to the airport in the morning.

Wonderful airport hotel with welcoming staff who were available at all hours. The option of quick and easy early morning shuttles (4:17 AM) to the airport for a small fee was perfect for my early flight. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and clean. A great experience at a solid price point, we would come back again.

Convenient stopover

Perfect overnight stay between flights, great location within easy access from the airport with public transportation. Very good Italian restaurant right across the street, too!

I stayed one night between flights. I missed the last hotel shuttle at 10.10pm. The taxi and uber were expensive. I Googled an alternative way to get to the hotel. I took U bahn and the bus. Here is how: Take the U-Bahn line S8 in direction Herrsching and exit at the Hallbergmoos stop. U-Bahn is underground level 02 Take buses 692 or 698. I had to wait for the bus 692 20-min since I just missed one but at 11pm at night there were several other people waiting for the bus and the bus stop was well lit, so I felt safe. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the bus station (I used google maps to monitor the stops, I think it was 7 stops but the bus didn’t stop at the first 3, so I hit the stop button when we approached my stop). When I got off the bus stop I started walking with other people and asked them where my hotel was- they pointed to the left. At night it looked like we were in the middle of the forest with all the trees around. The hotel was cute, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I books the shuttle to the airport in the morning.

It was the perfect motel for a night before a morning flight. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, parking easy, and the airport is a 5-min drive. I would use the same hotel again in the future.

It is a basic hotel for overnight stay. Small, no frills, but clean quiet room. We had difficulty finding the shuttle to get to the hotel, so ended up getting an Uber from the airport (about 20 euro). There was no explanation at the reservation or online on where to get it and how frequent the shuttle is. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was very good free coffee in the morning. To get to Munich downtown, we had to get a bus (on the side of the hotel) for a few stops and then the S-ban - takes close to 1 hour. There is not much one can do in the area of the hotel.

The front lobby is modern, clean but a bit deceiving as you walk to your room you immediately notice the walls need to be painted. The hotel rooms are set up in a manner that does not offer you any place to put your luggage. Not enough hooks. Beautiful bathroom but this location is quite far from the city. It will cost you a lot of money and time to travel into the city. Beware as city buses stop running at night.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, though quite small. I realize this is an airport hotel, but there was no place to put 2 suitcases. The 2 Euro/hour parking fee was unexpected since the parking was at and underneath the stilted hotel. Very early breakfast option is available for those early morning departures. Shuttle available to airport, but a taxi was cheaper for more than 2 people.

Funky colors, very retro. Carpet in hallways a bit dizzying. No food options nearby. A bit difficult to find if using public transit. Would use again now that we've found it.
