Great room! A little noisy for my taste. The bar was great to have on site. The staff were very nice and helpful with navigating the city. The check process could be simplified. Lots to fill out.

Our room was compact, but clean and comfortable. Great location for the Haupbahnhof, Christkindl Markt, and shopping along Kaufingerstrasse. I would definitely stay here again.

Room had transparent shower and translucent toilet room with door that doesn't latch (rubber gasket) so the stay would have been very uncomfortable if there were two of us. Fortunately, I traveled alone. Otherwise the hotel was clean, upscale, and well situated immediately outside Hauptbahnoff entrance on Bayerstrasse. I left my luggage while waiting for check-in with ease. Breakfast would have been expensive (22 Euros) so I declined it.

Hotel is in the perfect location for everything central. Rooms are spotless and it has everything you could possibly need. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Pinky was super helpful, friendly and always went out of her way for not only my party of guests but for everyone who was staying in the hotel. She is an extremely important asset to the company 👌
