The Hotel is very clean and nice but the bed was so terrible i had to sleep on the couch because the bed had my back hurting really bad they need to invest in some good mattress if you want people to pay almost 200 a night

The hotel itself was great! Check in had issues with seeing my reservation even with me presenting my confirmation, so I had to pay the on-site rate after paying through hotels.com. The room was very clean, spacious and the beds were so comfy. I do wish the room had a bath tub. The breakfast was very mediocre. This hotel is far too nice to not have a top notch breakfast. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay.

There for an evening for travel in the area. Staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for local food/dinner options. Room looked like it needed to be swept a little in hard to reach spots but otherwise very clean, modern, quiet,and new. Will return and highly recommend.

I left Toiletry bag hanging in the bathroom. Management seem to think that asking their employees about the bag was not needed, instead they informed me that it was not turned into Lost and Found. My fault for leaving the bag but it was not possible to miss the bag when they were cleaning for the next guess. There were some good things about the hotel, but they were overshadowed by this incident.

This was my second trip to the Chicago adjacent area to visit my girlfriend. I chose Hyatt Place for a combination of the price and high ratings. The property and staff did not disappoint; I had no complaints whatsoever save for a really noisy second night where a large group were EXTREMELY rowdy in the hall and stairwell but that wasn’t Hyatt’s fault. Would definitely stay again. 9/10

The food was excellent, and the service was great! I would stay here longer for how wonderful the hotel was but it was only a stop on our journey. I can only hope the other hotel we are staying at is as good.
