Wonderful villa ideal for a secluded getaway

We had a lovely holiday perfect for family time together.the pool was amazing warm and large we loved every minute. So clean has everything you need dishwasher and washing machine. Kids loved it, plenty of space both inside and out.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schon, drinnen ist es eine typische Mallorquinische Finca. Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas umfangreicher sein könne. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, das war ideal für die Größe, zu 8 stelle ich mir es etwas eng vor. Wir haben es sehr genossen das die Finca etwas abseits ist und eher in einer bäuerlichen Gegend, bedeutet das die Einheimischen hier auch ihre Hunde zum bewachen des Grundstücks haben und auch gerne mal bellen. Ich persönlich finde das nicht schlimm weil wir ja auch bewusst was abseits gesucht haben aber es ist denke ich gut zu wissen. Was auch gut wissen ist, dass hinter dem Haus eingezäunte Hirsche wohnen, man darf sich also nicht erschrecken wenn es im Gebüsch raschelt. Rund um ein sehr schönes Haus, wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 8 Personen und waren Anfang Juni für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit der gesamten Finca. Die Zimmer waren alle schön und sauber, lediglich in einem Zimmer ging der Ventilator nicht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch groß genug. Das Highlight der Finca ist auf jeden Fall der Außenbereich. Genug Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen für alle und der Pool war auch groß und sauber! Einzig das Pool-Licht haben wir leider nicht anbekommen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Hält nicht, was es verspricht

Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Der Pool war bei Ankunft leer, weil defekt. Uns hat vorab niemand informiert. Eine Finca im Landesinneren ohne Pool ist witzlos. Das Haus war sonst soweit in Ordnung, aber es funktionierte so einiges nicht. Die Waschmaschine liess sich irgendwann nicht mehr öffnen, der Geschirrspüler war rostig und die Ausstattung der Küche so knapp an der Grenze (z.B. kein einziges scharfes Messer, kein Flaschenöffner, etc.) Im Inserat wäre vielleicht wichtig, zu erwähnen, dass das Grundstück umgeben von Bauernhöfen ist mit Hähnen, die ab Frühmorgens nonstop krähen. So war der Aufenthalt leider im Verhältnis zum Preis nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Verhandlungen für eine Preisreduktion aufgrund des defekten Pools liefen auch nicht zufriedenstellend. Insgesamt leider enttäuschend.

Bon séjour mais quelques petites choses à revoir...

Maison en très bon état. Surpris de ne pas avoir accès à toute la maison (étage fermé à clé) mais très propre. Nous avons dû faire appel au service de gestion de location car nous avions du mal a faire fonctionner la plaque gaz dont les inscriptions étaient devenues illisibles a cause de l'usure. Ils ont été réactifs en envoyant quelqu'un sur place. Bémol: Peu conviviale car pas d'accès à l'extérieur direct depuis les pièces de vie (passage par la buanderie) et manque d'ustensiles de cuisine et d'entretien (pas de quoi faire un petit ménage, pas de rab de lessive pour la machine, .Aucun système de chauffage (pas de radiateur ni meme dans les salles de douches) pour les jours un peu frais (sauf le poêle à granules en supplément que nous ne pouvions pas activer au moment où nous en aurions eu besoin) C'était un peu juste pour se doucher parfois.... Rien de bien méchant mais à penser pour les prochains :) Environnement très agréable et vue sur les montagnes superbe ! Nous avons malgré cela évidemment passé un bon moment.

Super Finca

Sehr schöne und saubere Finca. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort mit der Agentur Mallorca Charme war sehr gut und unkompliziert

Perfekter Wanderurlaub =)

Wir - 5 Frauen aus Österreich- waren zum Wandern auf der Insel. Diese Finca war eine sehr gute Wahl: toller Eingang, großzügige Schlafzimmer, neue Bäder, Fenstergitter, großer Pool ... Alles war Super! Das einzige was wir empfehlen würden ist eine größere Kaffeemaschine und mehr Geschirr. Die Lage ist auch super und der Ausblick zum Tramuntanagebirge über den Pool ist der Hammer. Wir können diese Finca nur weiterempfehlen!!
