This fantastic house for eight people is perfect for spending a family holiday. Located just 300 meters from one of the best beaches in Mallorca, this accommodation has everything you need to enjoy some wonderful days in Mallorca.



This recently-built semidetached house has a private swimming pool, large furnished terraces and garden areas. The pool and the main terrace overlook the Albufera, a lagoon which is one of the most stunning natural parks on the island. It also has a barbecue. The interior consists of four spacious and bright double bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace.



The house is located in a sought-after area of ​​the island, between one of the channels of the Albufera and the long sandy beach of Platja de Muro. Since the accommodation is situated in a resort, you can enjoy all possible amenities, such as restaurants, supermarkets, clothing stores, etc. The beach, which is perfect for families, has been awarded the European Union’s prestigious Blue Flag, in meeting all the requirements of comfort, cleanliness and accessibility.



You can move easily around the north of the island, as within walking distance there is a bus service connecting Can Picafort with Alcúdia and Port de Pollença. The bay of Pollença, just a 25-minute drive from the accommodation, is known for its rocky coves located by the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. In short, it is an excellent starting point to discover the northern part of the island.
