Welcome to this beautiful house between Muro and Can Picafort, in the north of Mallorca, with large terrace and views to the countryside, ideal for 2 guests.



Only 5 km away from the beach of Capellans in Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, this cosy little house is ideal for a quiet holiday for two. Can Picafort, a village with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and petrol stations, is only 5 km from the house. Puerto de Alcudia and Alcudia, the lighthouse of Formentor or the caves of Campanet are worth a visit. Further east is the picturesque village of Arta and Capdepera, famous for its castle. A car is necessary.



The single storey house has a bright living-dining room with satellite TV, Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction hob. Ideal for 2 guests, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and exit to the terrace. The cottage has a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and a cot and high chair on request. The furnished terrace is ideal for large evenings as it has a mobile barbecue.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.



Important: As required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
