Perfect location! Very close to the public beach access. The property and unit is just as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. Definitely would rent here again!

The property was very close to the beach. The unit was clean upon arrival. There were noticeable damage on the wall that looked to have been repaired and peeling paint on ceiling vents and back of front door. The king bedroom had two floor pieces needing fixed. The AC went out on last night there but very appreciative of the manager sending someone so late as we had our 8 month old granddaughter with us and it was very humid. It did have its own beach chairs etc for the unit and that was a plus. WiFi worked. We got great use of the kitchen and kitchen appliances. Overall it was a good experience. We left the unit clean upon departure.

Small space was utilized very well however there are no beach views or private balcony. It was very clean and served it's purpose for our trip, which was to be by my sisters beach house.

My "Go To" place from now on...

Pros - Modern…outside made me pause just a wee bit…but the inside was perfect.Proximity to the shoreline/beach…public beach access is literally right across the street.Parking is a bit tight but adequate…I parked a Tundra P/U there for 4 nights with no issues. Also, close to grocery and Walmart...and restaurants. It was very quiet even with the other guests.Con's - NO OVERHEAD LIGHTS in the bedrooms. Also, this unit was built at a time where the electrical outlets are few and far between and nothing overhead outside of the kitchen. Easily resolved with the use of extension cords, power strips, etc. Lots of light switches that work on and off but aren’t connected to any particular lamp or light fixture.Mattresses - sorry, but the mattresses leave quite a bit to be desired…I slept poorly on all 5 of the beds. Granted I suffer from some degree of chronic back pain but the beds still left a lot to be desired.

Place was good toll ac went out on us early am and couldnt find a breaker box had some codes but really hard to get help didnt get codes to work so call didnt really help

Dust all over dressers. There was sand all over the floors. Counter tops needed to be wiped down. Air conditioning filter looked like it wasn’t changed in months. Hallway shower would not get warm. The building was under construction and we were never told about it before we came.

Cozy and comfortable

Nice general location and a warm and cozy place for a short stay during November. The unit was very inviting and well decorated beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean overall a nice stay and we appreciate it. however, not sure why we’re having to leave a review with Vacasa , and with Vrbo, we are used to communicating with Vrbo not another entity. It was a little confusing, not knowing who to communicate with especially when we had a problem with the front door lock that resolved itself eventually.
