Enjoy the private pool (approximately 16x35) which can be heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F, sundecks, enclosed outdoor shower, and the convenience of a pier and floating dock, perfect for boating or fishing enthusiasts. The property also features a boat ramp on Oyster Cove for easy water access. Just across the street, you'll find direct beach access for a day of sun and surf. The home comes equipped with 2 full-size refrigerators, a gas grill, and ample outdoor space... including 2 putting greens! Please note, no motorcycles or golf carts are allowed within Inlet Harbour.
