Mermaids Haven is a luxury beach rental that sits right on the beach just steps from the Garden City Beach pier. This gorgeous house that has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeps 14 guests total.
Mermaids Haven (Side B) is part of a side by side duplex that can be rented out together for larger groups. Pirates Cove (Side A) is identical to Mermaids Haven. Both units combined can sleep a total of 28 people. (12 bedrooms)
Sleeping accommodations include two king and two queen-sized beds, and two twin-over-double bunk bed sets.
Outside you'll find an oceanfront covered porch furnished with rocking chairs, ocean side sun deck, and covered parking.

The location is great. Near a pier and easy walking distance to a coffee shop, bars and restaurants; plus the beach right out the door! The owner is quickly responsive and helpful and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to cook for the whole group. Highly recommend.

Great place

Great property with 4 beds and baths for 4 couples to have their own space. Extra bunk rooms too. Its in a perfect location for us to be able to chill on the beach or walk the pier. Marshwalk just minutes away too

The property was clean, the location was fabulous (only a 1-2 minute walk from the pier in Garden City, and the house is right on the beach), and the property management team was great.

Great place to stay

It is in a great location on the beach. The house had extra beach chairs and beach things for us to use. Any questions or thing that we might of needed they were very attentive on and responded very quickly to our text messages. Since the house was not rented the night before they allowed us to check in a little earlier which was very nice. We will definitely be staying with them again.

Family Celebration of Life

Our stay at Karl’s property was nothing short of magical. The house is clean, fully equipped with kitchen needs, plenty of beds and sleeping arrangements for a full house, beach chairs, umbrellas, SPECTACULAR sunrises and sunsets over the ocean, and access to all that Garden City has to offer. Karl is an extremely communicative, present and accommodating host who made our stay was everything we wanted and expected it to be. Our family truly had such a beautiful time together at this property and enjoyed many early and late walks on the beach together. 11/10 recommend choosing to stay at this house, or any other of Karl’s properties!

Family Beach Vacation

The property was nice and in a great location. Karl is very responsive, helpful and friendly. We had a great time there. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the cooking utensils. We cook a lot and we found that area lacking.
