It started out with a room upgrade and then it really got fun with Nadia and the Color me Bubbles, where we had mimosas and created beautiful art. My massage with Tony was exceptional. He has the perfect touch. Then a soothing soak in the spa area that was peaceful and private. Sunday I had a great walk around the beautiful property enjoying the gardens and discovering the old pools. Resting, soaking and feeling blessed to be in such a beautiful and healing property. Dinner was fabulous at Talia’s. It was a hugely successful stay and I can’t wait to go back!

Very nice stay. So peaceful, this is a large piece of land, not crowded like other hot springs. One small suggestion. Make towels more available near water

I met some wonderful people there. M was amazing at explaining the history as well as just has a great aura about herself. Tyler checked me in and it was amazing. He gave me my room fairly quickly as soon as the housekeeping had it ready and explain the property and procedures on how to get a spa visit and go check into the bathhouse to do that Ginger was amazing at the Klé Cove where we put our clay on in our bodies to detoxify she was very attentive Siân was awesome help and the reason I will be getting a membership soon.

Some of the pools were not at the temperature they were displayed at. Had to call for the pools to be warmed to posted temperatures several times. Other than that, it was very nice.

Thermal pool and cold plunge is nice. Overall 4 rating because I was not given a lake front /hot spring facing room despite of notifying the resort ahead of time and even after confirmation from resort representative on same day.
