Great stay here. Room was always spotless. Good location for the beach. Only feedback would be us that both the breakfast staff and pool area staff could be a little more tentative.

Staff were very accommodating and allowed for an early check in. Service staff were also very helpful and available. The rooms were clean on a surface level but I did notice crevices and some other surfaces had some layers of dust and looked a bit aged. I think the rooms could do with a refurb to really meet the 5 star standard you see elsewhere nowadays. I visited during the National Day of Oman and found it very noisy and busy outside the hotel. Cars revving and horning in the town centre made it hard to sleep at times. There is easy access to the beach via the rear of the property which is great. I would recommend the hotel solely on this basis. The pool facilities are also good.

The hotel was fantastic and in a really good location where you can enjoy the beach and you have restaurant and cafe options nearby for lunch and dinner (taxi's in Oman are very expensive). The room was so clean, spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were so good. The breakfast buffet was amazing with such a variety of options to eatnfrom fresh fruits to freshly cooked eggs. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The stay overall was 10/10 and I would stay again!
