Hotel did Not empty trash and provide clean glasses for the second nite stay. When checking with the staff they said items not part of service. Poor service should not be a part of the type of service from a hotel.

Will Stay Again!

Check in was easy and service was friendly and helpful. Clean hotel with great breakfast and the LOCATION is perfect. Close to everything you will need. Only 15 mins to Michigan Adventure and to Grand Haven. Will definitely be staying next year for longer. Only negative was no hot tub but the rest of hotel made up for it.
