Private campsite in the backyard of a private home. Site includes a nice shaded area, private firepit, grill, and swing chair. Classic 80's retro style RV with all the amenities of home including full kitchen, sleeping for 4, heat and A/C! Wifi and Smart TV!

Awesome retro RV tucked away in its own private campsite complete with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, grill (propane included), and a beautiful cedar swing bench. River views abound on this private property.

The RV has two comfortable twin beds that are made and ready to sleep in. The couch also pulls out into a full size bed. Note, the bottom of couch pulls forward (once the dining table is folded and tucked away into its designated space) and the back of the couch drops down to become a bed. Extra sheets are provided in the cabinet above the couch.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

The living area has a comfortable couch and a small collapsible dining table with a good view of the TV. The TV has an articulating mount so it can be positioned to be viewed from the couch/dining area, or the twin bed area.

The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and bathtub/shower. Please note that RV hot water heater tanks are small in comparison to those for a normal home, so be conservative with the water and give the water heater a few minutes to recover between showers.

Guests have exclusive access to the RV, and the private outdoor area directly outside of the RV

This is not a party house. So please do not plan on having a wild party here or your reservation will be canceled and you will lose access to the home and your security deposit.

Pet Fee - $25 per pet per night. Pets are welcome as long they are 100% house trained (meaning no accidents in the house, will not constantly bark, howl, or cry when left alone and will not scratch at the door or chew furniture) completely cleaned up after (poop outside and HAIR inside), and kept OFF the furniture (bedding, furniture, etc.). Upon booking please inform the host that you will be bringing a pet(s) that meets the above criteria and the pet fee(s) will be manually added to the reservation by the host.
An additional minimum charge of $50 will be applied for each pet accident or hair cleanup.

Please note, the property where the RV is located is still being developed, so there may be active light construction during permitted construction hours. We are continually improving the property.

There may be other people on the property but noone will be wondering into your private campsite area during your stay.
