SERENITY BEACH is a great family cottage! 150' lake frontage. Flat tableland make this cottage great for the young and young-at-heart. Soft grassy lot with enough depth before the shore line for the young to play about. Rooftop sundeck. The water at the end of the dock is 8 feet deep and there is a nice hard-packed sand beach about 40' long which runs over the dock area. The beach is great for easy water entry and swimming for the young. Relax in the hammock as the day draws down then enjoy the evening by the waterside fire pit.

Newly renovated interior! Clean and nicely-appointed 4 bedrooms 2 baths in main cottage and 1 bedroom, 1 bath Guest Cabin. Fully-equipped kitchen with island and 2 bar stools, wood-burning fireplace, dining area to seat 8. Satellite TV in Great Room. Deck off cottage with Muskoka chairs and small dining table. 1 bedroom off Great Room, 3 bedrooms down hallway. Each bedroom has good closet space. The Primary bedroom located at front of cottage with view of lake. Bathroom in bedroom wing has tub/shower combination. Other bathroom with shower by entry hall. Guest Bunkie hosts a Queen bedroom and bathroom and freshly painted white. Dock area has more Muskoka chairs.
