Great stay.

Very good spacious room. Helpful staff in all areas.

Very elegant well maintained hotel with excellent staff and an excellent general manager. We were troubled by cramped bathroom, lack of a power socket in the bathroom, a lack of any clothes storage. There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information.

Very Courteous n efficient team in Front office - Virendra, Hrithik, Shivang, F&B led by Chef Ali, Shailendra, Akshay. Best option of those who prefer serene and quieter resort.

It's not like what Marriott property are , its like normal hotels in mussoorie. Nothing special , there breakfast and dinning area is also small , very less variety in breakfast , staff is very slow Food is ok ok
