The guest services was amazing from check-in. Requested late check out due to a late flight, there was a fee but they were able to help out. Room was cleaned daily, awesome ladies! Breakfast was included in package and was great. There were a variety of food to choose from. On-site club and restaurants were amazing. Dinner at a discounted rate on-site. Shuttle to downtown Mykonos available every hour. Other shuttle services were available. Overall awesome stay. Will recommend to friends and family!!The guest services was amazing from check-in. The staff was excellent, and took care of every need! Location is great, rooms are NICE and LARGE! Optional services offered were transportation, massages on site, discounts at near by restaurants, and breakfast/lunch at the resort. Pool is amazing, and has service 10-10 daily. Highly recommend Super Paradise Hotel!!!

The hotel was in a serene location at the super paradise beach, although there were limited options to eat, being Thalas, Paraj and Super Paradise beach club. If you're staying here for a longer break, these could get pricey very quickly. Transport available the main town and other amenties easily available. The vibe of the hotel was great.

Breakfast was very Greek. They had Greek Kayanas, Bougatsu custard pie, Spanakopita spinach pie, Tyropita cheese pie, and Ryzogallo vegan rice pudding -- according to Sous sous chef Aleksander. Therewere bacon and different kinds of eggs as well. Theodore, at the front desk, and Theo, at the pool bar, were very helpful. My only complaint: I could not get an outside line on the room phone. However, the front desk staff did help me make reservations for pick-up to Mykonos ferry port. Beds are very comfortable.

I have no words to describe how delighted my daughter and I were with the hotel and especially the staff. They are the most beautiful and attentive people I have ever met. From the moment we arrived, they were 100% attentive to us. As we were a little unwell. They made my daughter chamomile tea to help calm her down on our arrival. I give them 1000 stars for being patient with us and helping us with everything we needed, even getting our cell phones to work so we could use them in Greece. Marina, Alex, Theo x 2, and the pool bar boy (I forgot the name) thanks for everything. I am definitely coming back next May.

Very remote and perfect couple Summer get away. The property was clean and all the staff was plight and welcoming. Too bad the day we arrived it was extremely windy and on the colder but over all we have a great experience.

I would like a full refund please. Our ferry to Mykonos was cancelled because of the weather and it isnt our fault we were unable to attend. The staff does not care and is not sympathetic to its guests. They had a ton of capacity on their website and its not like they were fully booked out. I would not recommend this resort as they were not kind or helpful to us in our time of need.
