Villa Aerie’s indoor offering spans five levels, guaranteeing ample space and desired privacy for each of its residents. Moreover on this level, there is a standalone guest bathroom, as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

From the main living area, walk up the stairs to find three beautiful and comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, two with a helicopter sea-view and one with an idyllic mountain-view, all with en suite bathrooms. One of these is the residence’s remarkable master bedroom suite, offering fully-private indoor and outdoor sitting areas that feature astounding views of the island landscape and infinite Aegean blue. This master bedroom spans 60 m2, has extensive closet space, and a discreet, halcyon external staircase built into the rock that takes you to the pool area.

At the pool level, there is a separate and independent 50 m2 spacious and elegant pool suite, with an entrance right at the poolside, a cozy sitting room with TV, a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. Exit the suite and you are right at the pool, ready to take a dip.

On the lower level building, there is a spacious, sunlit dining and living area with adjacent kitchen, which features a balcony overlooking the nearby gorge as well as a terrace with pool and infinite sea view. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can be found on the lower levels amid natural rock formations, which are highlighted by each having their own private outdoor lounge balconies and Myconian views; perfect for guest relaxation.

Located on the southern part of the island, above Agrari beach, the villa offers seclusion as well as quick access to an excellent beach. Elia, Super Paradise and Paradise beaches are all nearby. The Airport and the town of Ano Mera are a 7-minute drive from the Villa.

We suggest that you rent a car to fully enjoy Mykonos – we have provided free parking space. Alternatively, we can recommend private car transfer services.

Please keep in mind that you will need a mode of transport to get to/from the beach and Mykonos town.

The pool uses environmentally-friendly ozone to purify the water, leaving no harmful by-products in the water.

Essentials, such as towels and toiletries, are provided.

The wifi is excellent and there is air-conditioning & a safe in every room.

Applications, such as Netflix, are available on the TV sets.
