Quiet, safe, and family friendly neighborhood, located approx. 100 yards/ .2 miles from the beach. The Guest Cottage community has 3 private neighborhood pools for guests to use.
This cottage features covered parking for 2 vehicles. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a spacious family room, laundry room, and kitchen (kitchen tools and appliances well stocked for cooking meals at home). The exterior amenities include a covered front porch, a lower level patio with picnic table and swing. The cottage has an outdoor storage room (stocked with beach and pool related items), a grill for outdoor use, and an outdoor washing area. The cottage is SMOKE FREE and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
