JD was good to work with. Answering all my questions and following up with me during our stay. Lobby is pretty and it’s a plus to have someone working the front desk 24/7. Plenty of beach towels provided. The ocean view was beautiful. Pool was nice. These are things that need attention: Broken chair on balcony; ice maker doesn’t work; carpet was nasty and needs to be replaced throughout; the shower in the front right bedroom had a lot of mold and smelled bad, more kitchen towels should be provided as well as more glasses and wine glasses. The living room rug needs to be cleaned. I tried to call JD 3 times after our checkout to review these items with him and ask if they had found my friend’s prescription glasses but he has not returned my call.

Enjoyed The Stay…..We will be back!

We will be back next year! Everything was excellent. We had minimal problems. The problems we did have they were rectified immediately!! Location is excellent. The lay out of the condo is cozy and relaxing. There just needs to be a table on the balcony. Customer service was wonderful. We were able to access the shuttle and walk the boardwalk to other areas of the property!

Gorgeous place

This was a very nice place, very clean and spacious! The only thing that wasn’t accurate with the listing is it shows there are two jacuzzi tubs which was a big reason why we chose this place but there was only one. But we made it work! Our only complaint would be not knowing prior to renting the place that you are not allowed to fry fish. Our purpose of the trip was fishing at the pier so it was a major let down finding out two days prior to check in that we weren’t able to, I would suggest adding that to the listing considering the condo is so close to the pier and other people renting maybe plan to have a fish fry as well. But overall it was a very nice place and we would stay again. Highly recommended!

Amazing Ocean View

We have stayed at Margate many times and the view and location never disappoint. The complex is well maintained with nice pool and easy beach access. The condo had a well stocked kitchen along with beach towels and chairs. The furnishings need updating: kitchen chairs were stained, broken chair on balcony, beds were extremely uncomfortable because they were so soft and master decorative pillows need replaced. The check in processs was super easy and the hosts were prompt with instructions and other notifications.
