There was no TV no covers on the bed there was pee from humans and dogs in the hallways and on elevator

To be honest, the only thing that I like during my visit during my birthday, which was being there in Myrtle Beach. Things that I didn’t like was that it was unsafe, uncomfortable, and not pleasant to be it had broken shower nd water was not getting hot . It was dirty. We had no towel or accessories inside the room, we also had bed bugs. we switched rooms three times the last night was our final night. We wanted to do an extra day But we couldn’t so we moved to another hotel. We want to stay, but we felt as though we need to get a new hotel. Then, also as I may proceed on not having a room a microwave and also our refrigerator did not work. There were a lot of things that were just completely messed up that we will not be staying at this property again. So with all I being said thank you in advance and hope to hear from you soon.

so hard to find and get in contact with someone, they said it would be fine to check in after hours and once we got there 4 hours away nobody was at the desk or any number to call anywhere, wasted so much money on this stupid hotel for nothing. it was basically imaginary

I personally enjoyed staying here. The staff was SUPER friendly and were able to accommodate me and my family to provide us the best experience. Finding the current office was a bit confusing but everything else went smoothly. The room was very spacious and clean. Everything is walking distance and whenever something was needed they were able to provide quick and accurate information. The price left me in awe since it was so affordable and despite what others say this place is great, and to make it even better it was oceanfront!!

This place doesn’t even have a name out front for you to find it. We reserved an oceanfront room and they did not have one ready they put us in a side room where the tv, fridge and toilet was broken and when we asked the next morning if our room was ready they said no. I am trying to get Hotels.com to give me my money back because they sold something they did not Have!!!

They just bought the place and have all the parking taped off in front of the main office so you have to park somewhere random and hope you don’t get towed while you’re there checking in. The place was disgusting. Two pillows had mold the toaster and coffee maker were dirty. The microwave had no glass dish to sit your food on. They used the old photos from the previous owners and it shows a tv in the room and there wasn’t one. We pjs for oceanfront and we were put on ground floor where a disgusting unused pool is and you can’t even see the ocean. The male Indian man was friendly the lady was a straight unprofessional and hung up on me when we called to see where to check in because they didn’t have a new sign with the hotels name on it and no where on here says they just purchased the sea mist. Do not recommend.
