There were bugs in the bathroom, floors were filthy, beds full of sand, pictures looked nothing like real life, there was a constant mildew smell. The balcony smelled like someone peed on it. The pool was semi clean. Parking lot sketch as ever. I was double charged and when I called over a dozen times I finally got one lady who told me take it up with my bank and when I asked for a manager I got told there isn’t one. Never got my money back as of yet. Only positives we found were the view from the balcony which was leaking also and the access to the beach. I will never stay again. And the only response to this will be sorry we didn’t meet your expectations just like all the other reviews I should’ve read before booking. Won’t make that mistake again.

Helpful staff. Unfortunately, there is simply very very little water pressure for the toilets and showers. Upon telling front desk, maintenance was sent. Maintenance person said not much more can be done, and "it is what it is. Water flushes, right?". Again, it did, but with the slightest suction possible. For the shower, they did change the shower head which helped some. Yet again, very nice front desk.

The housekeeping did a decent job of cleaning the room. However, the bed was very hard, and everything was mildewed, broken, falling apart. Do not trust the websites photos.

Spend a little more and stay somewhere else

The check in was easy. Very quick after a long drive. The parking is insane. Too many people,not enough spots. The hotel needs some major upgrades. Nothing like the pictures. The toilet was short and the bathroom was tiny. When we checked our room, the TV was on and there was a cup and lighter on the couch. The balcony was tiny for an oceanfront room. The pool needed some major upgrades. The only positive was it is steps away from the beach. The steps to get to the beach are warped and i thought i was gonna step through them. The breakfast was cereal, toast, coffee and waffles. For $200 a night, i expected more from a Wyndam affiliate. Dont waste your money and spend a little more and stay somewhere else. Great front desk staff though.

Surprised its a Wyndham hotel

Hotel is very outdated. Pool was filthy. Whole place needs to be upgraded. Suprised Wyndham allows this hotel to be so outdated. Beds were comfortable. Simple things like paint would help tremendously. Until it gets upgraded wont stay again

The hotel was super clean besides the floor. The floor in our room was kind of dirty but it wasn’t too bad. The pool was nice as well as the easy access to the beach right in front of us. The free breakfast in the morning was filling and very good. I would stay again.

Bathroom needs repairs/renovation. No ice in hotel.no soap and paper towels in breakfast room Bathroom. No glove or hand sanitizer in breakfast room. A person under drug/alcohol in breakfast room unclean, sores on skin, falling sleep while trying to fix food. Outside propert unclean. I had family fly into town and I was so embarrassed.
