We were given a room in which the air was broken, there was hair in the tub and mold on the walls. We asked for a refund to go elsewhere and they said no and tried to give us another room . They let us on and told us they would come back with the keys and never did. This room had crumbs all over the desk, and a huge hold on the curtain and smelled like dog food. The guy never came back with the keys, we had to be someone as o had told him so we just left and didn’t come back and got a much better hotel . I have disputed with CC.
Poor review, they charge you an extra $106 when you check in and they blame it on the 3rd you book thru for not telling you. The check in person was not helpful at all. Due to health concerns we had to check out and find another hotel for the night. I asked for a refund but was told I had to go thru Expedia. I called Expedia and they had to contact the hotel which was a waste of time. I just want my money back

Check in was frustrating! I entered the office on my walker and they assigned us a 2nd floor room without an elevator, when i questioned it, they gave us a first floor room. We got to the room, the key didn't work! Went back to the desk to rekey the cards. When we got into the room, it had 1 king bed - we had reserved 2 Queen bed room. Triedto call the desk-no answer! Back to the desk for a 2 bed room. When we looked at the key card cover - it had 4 different room numbers on it, all of them marked out except our room.
The room was in terrible condition. The tub was backing up. When I called the front desk to ask for more towels, they never brought them. The bathroom door didn’t stay shut or locked. The hallway smelled like a urinal.

The room was not cleaned leaving pubic hairs on the toilet seat.
When cleaning staff was told shower flooded in to the rest of our room they didn’t speak or understand English and handed me extra towels.
The front office was notified of all incidents.
This was not our first time and have always been satisfied with the service, but this time both service and customer experience left an unsatisfactory thought and possible return to this location

Room smelled like mold, and there was no fan ventilation (or windows to supplement ventilation) in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, but ceiling was caving in in breakfast dining area.
Dirty room, dead bugs on floor when we got in room. Strong smell of cleaner or bug spray. Didn’t even bring bags up, left and checked in at a better hotel
The room had a mold smell and mildew smell mold was on the window tried to get a refund they told me no and that they stand firm about not giving me the refund. So DONT STAY HERE
