Bait and switch I chose oceanfront room on Expedia, but was given a different room and the front desk was belligerent insisting they had no knowledge of Expedia and the room photos were not expected to be accurate. I only realized I was given the wrong room when housekeeping had the door across the hall open, and I saw the exact view I chose on Expedia. No apologies were ever given by hotel staff.

The staff wasn’t near as friendly as the Hampton Inn at Broadway at the Beach. We dropped my Mother-in-law off there and they were so welcoming and helpful. We got to ours and received an upgraded room, however; staff was short and not very friendly. We were very surprised about the parking fee. It wasn’t advertised and was an added expense. Throughout our stay the staff was rude and our room wasn’t cleaned unless we asked for it. It just wasn’t what we expected from Hilton.
