Only thing was nice about it. It was nice to walk right on the beach in the little bar in the pools on the outside didn’t have a remote from one of the TVs asked them the first day stayed four days to didn’t even get one.

Our room was a good size and fit the spacial needs. However, the carpet was not vacuumed, there was food crumbs in the closet and the sliding glass door was really dirty. The beds were comfortable but sheets and pillowcases were inside out. Bathrooms were clean.

Overall this property is very old, dated and in major need of updating. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool with no balcony. Our door was open on arrival, the door jam was questionable for security, the extra hotel style lock had to be manipulated to work and appeared that it could easily been broken. Floors, baseboards, doors, walls all were dirty. Showers had pealing ceilings crumbling while showering, pealing bathrooms walls just painted over and both toilet ran constantly. Bedding was clean. Towels were stained. LR furniture was filthy and stained. One hot tub not working but pool area was decent. A number of areas on property with cones due to broken steps etc in need of repairs. Basically, you get what you pay for. Coffee maker, gave up and amenities were not as listed. Will not return. Look for better options before settling for this cheap mess.

Weekend getaway

Hotel staff was friendly communicative, the room was nice but not the cleanest. The curtain rod broke while my husband was in the middle of his shower, our room key stopped working the early morning of check out so one of us had to stay in the room while packing and taking our dog out. Parking was intense very hard to find a spot. This was a last minute birthday present so for booking last minute and bringing a pet wasn’t terrible but definitely not what I was expecting by the website and reviews

The place needs a very big update inside and out. The people at the desk was awesome. It is very close to the beach just walk out there. But inside needs an update The shower just automatically comes on and the tub We couldn't get it to cut off and then it just dribbles out. But anyway we stayed for 4 days and we enjoyed our stay

I want say we enjoyed our stay to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Ronda is amazing in the front took care of everything down earrh . We will definitely will be back . We had a two bedroom condo beautiful pool beach veiw. Thank you for having us making our stay very memorable.

I liked that the 4th foor ocean view was absolutely beautiful. Convenient close shopping areas: grocery and shopping. Friendly staff. Clean pool area. Super clean beds and bedding. Not loud and very comfortable for a family stay. What bothered me some was the thermostat was set to 70 but stayed at 74 during the day. The bedroom TV control was not programed to the TV. The foor upon arrival felt greasy and had boot foot prints. The elevator closest to our room was not operating. 2 of the pools I based my booking on were broken. Being a single mother of 3 children we enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would consider booking again in the future.

Our stay was ok. The first room we were given had feces smeared on the wall and bathroom door. And also smelled like cigarette smoke. I alerted the front desk and she immediately changed our room. That room was much cleaner and she was very nice about accommodating my family.

This property is VERY dated and needs upgrading. Very few electric outlets in the room, facilty is pretty rundown. We actually ended up leaving to go to another place as we were not comfortable with the place after check-in. Only one hot tub in service (out of 3) and ot was very small and full.of little kids. Best part of the ahort time we were there was the tiki bar

UPDATE NEEDED IMMMEDIATLY

The hotel was clean, but SO old and run down. I did not have a balcony and believed I was going to. The window with a railing in it had the couch right beside it and I have children. I had to move the couch so my kids wouldn't have the ability to jump over the railing! Really?! The ONLY reason I didn't leave and demand my money back was because the place was clean and no bugs. Gotta spend money to make money, people!! Also, and most importantly...PUT CURRENT AND ACCURATE PICTURES ON YOUR WEBSITE! What I saw on your website and what I walked into were to VERY different things. Be honest. Do better.
