Nice, clean and roomy. However, we weren’t able to get into the condo for approximately 25 mins. with all of our bags outside on the 2nd floor. The contact person told us to use the last 4 of my number and that’s it in our check in instructions. He didn’t add to then press # afterwards. We then tried to contact someone and neither I or the operator was able to get in touch with the contact person for a while. He finally texted back and was like “oh put in the last 4 of your numbers and then press #. No sorry or anything.
