Older unit but nice

This is a small, older unit that is located near the beach. If you just want a place for 6 to sleep, it's fine. The kitchen is very small and there's not a lot of living space but that's ok. The property manager/contact was a problem for us. The web site SHOULD HAVE had links to him but they were not operable and the day of the rental, we were not given check in info until mid day. Coming from 6 hours away with kids, that's unnerving. We had to contact VRBO help and they even had trouble finding him. There was no check out instructions, nor was there instructions for linking to the wi-fi (I was "techie" enough to crack the code.) Very poor host/agent compared to other VRBO rentals we've done.
